Gluten Free Cereal Options

Gluten Free Cereal Options
We usually eat a naturally gluten free breakfast, such as ful, veggie omelets, fruit smoothies, or scrambled eggs. Sometimes, though, we just don't have time to make a big production out of breakfast and that's when I'm happy there are so many gluten free cereal options.

Many of these are high in sugar and other ingredients you probably don't want your kids eating on a daily basis, but they're still nice to have as a back up plan for lazy days or sick days. They also make nice add-ins for trail mix and snack mix. I'm sure we'll take a couple of these on our upcoming camping trips for that very reason.

Be Safe; Check Labels

Remember, it's always a good idea to check the ingredients of every item you buy, even if it's been gluten free in the past. Manufacturers may change their recipe at any time and it's better to be safe than to suffer an accidental glutening. What's your favorite gluten free cereal?
