Quick, Easy Snack Ideas
- GF tortilla chips and salsa
- Sliced grilled chicken breasts with
- Dried fruit or fruit leathers
- GF bread with cheese
- GF crackers with peanut butter
- Fruit cups
- Fresh fruit
- Baby carrots and GF dressing
- Celery sticks with GF dressing or peanut butter
- Apple sauce
- Homemade popcorn
- Quesadillas (use corn tortillas)
- GF waffles or pancakes (make a large batch, freeze them, and have them for snacks later)
- Sliced veggies with hummus
- Popsicles
- GF cereal
- Homemade trail mix (use whatever you like: nuts, dried fruit, dried GF cereal, chocolate chips, etc)
- Turkey roll-up (slice of turkey spread with hummus, cream cheese, or other GF spread, rolled up)
- Nachos made with GF tortilla chips
- GF Mac and Cheese (my kids like Annie's)
- GF bagel with cream cheese
- Cheese and fruit platter
- Cheese and veggie platter
- Yogurt, with or without fruit
- String cheese (you can also wrap it in turkey or other meat!)
- Corn tortillas with black beans (you could also add salsa, GF sour cream, cheese, and anything you wish)
- GF muffins (we love muffins made with Pamela's baking mix)
- GF cookies, such as Pamela's Chunky Chocolate Chip
- Boiled eggs
- Apple slices with GF nut butter
