Coconut Strawberry Smoothie
Serves 2.Ingredients
- 1 10-ounce bag frozen strawberries
- 3 bananas
- 1 cup yogurt (I prefer plain, but you could use vanilla)
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
Slice bananas. Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend to desired smoothness. Serve cold.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie
Serves 1.
Ingredients
- 1 cup very cold milk
- GF chocolate syrup to taste
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 2 ice cubes, crushed
Instructions

Orange Banana Smoothie
Serves 2.Ingredients
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 1/2 cup frozen banana slices
Instructions
Place all ingrendients in blender. Blend to desired smoothness. Serve cold.Enjoy!
